Eligibility for Returns

At Sharif & Son's, we stand behind our craftsmanship. You may initiate a return request under the following conditions:

                        Manufacturing Defects: Any flaw in material or workmanship that occurred during production.
                    
                        Wrong Item Delivered: If the delivered item does not match your order specification.
                    
                        Damaged on Arrival: Visible damage incurred during transit to your location in Pakistan.

Furniture delivery in Pakistan: Our dedicated logistics team ensures careful handling, but should damage occur, we're here to make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain our high-quality standards and personalized service, certain items cannot be returned:

                        Custom-Size Furniture: Pieces made to your specific measurements for Pakistani homes.
                    
                        Personalized Finishes: Stains, paints, or finishes selected exclusively for your order.
                    
                        AI-Assisted Custom Builds: Furniture generated through our AI tool with your specific requirements.

Custom furniture non-returnable rules: Due to the bespoke nature of custom pieces, these cannot be resold and are exempt from standard returns.

To ensure we can effectively address any issues, please report within:
