Our Terms & Conditions

When you use our website or buy our furniture, you agree to these terms.

Please read carefully before ordering.

1. What These Terms Cover

These rules apply when you:

  • Visit our website
  • Order furniture from us
  • Ask us to make custom furniture

Important: By using our website or placing an order, you agree to follow these rules.

2. Our Designs & Photos

We own:

  • All furniture designs we create
  • All photos on our website
  • Our logo and brand name

You cannot:

  • Copy our designs for your business
  • Use our photos without asking us first

3. Custom Furniture Orders

For custom furniture, you are responsible for:

  • Giving us the correct measurements
  • Checking all details before we start making
  • Making sure the design will fit in your home

Note: If you give us wrong measurements, we cannot fix it later. Please check carefully.

4. Payment Rules

For custom furniture:

  • 50% payment before we start making
  • 50% payment before delivery

For ready furniture:

  • Full payment at time of order
  • Cash on delivery available for some items

5. Order & Cancellation

Your order is confirmed when:

  • We receive your payment
  • We send you confirmation email

Cancellation Rules:

  • You can cancel within 24 hours for full refund
  • After we start making custom furniture, you cannot cancel
  • No refund for custom furniture once we start making

6. Natural Wood

Our furniture is made from real wood. Real wood has natural differences:

  • Each piece has unique grain patterns
  • Color may vary slightly
  • Small knots or marks are normal

This is not a defect. This is the beauty of natural wood. Each piece is unique.

7. Website Rules

When using our website, please:

  • Do not copy our content
  • Do not try to break our website
  • Use it only for legal purposes
  • Do not share false information

8. What We Are Not Responsible For

We try our best, but sometimes things happen that we cannot control:

  • Bad weather delaying delivery
  • Road problems or transport issues
  • Material shortage from our suppliers
  • Delays in getting special materials

Important: You must check that furniture will fit through your doors and in your rooms before ordering.

9. Solving Problems

If you have any problem:

  1. First, contact our customer service
  2. We will try to solve it quickly
  3. If we cannot solve it, we will find another way

Legal Matters: Any legal issues will be handled in Mandi Bahauddin courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms sometimes.

  • We will post the new terms here
  • We will update the date below
  • If you keep using our website, you accept the new terms
